Special Deposit and Refund Policy for Wade Junk yard:

Deposit:
If you choose to leave a $75 deposit, full payment (total $150) is due before April 12. Non-payment after April 12 may forfeit deposit.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation four (4) weeks or more before the class, we can issue a full refund less the Square Fee. Square changed their policy and no longer gives a refund on their fee. The fee is usually between $2-3$.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The following applies to those who are paid in full:
Between four (4) and (2) weeks of the session, we can offer 50% credit towards another class. If we can sell the open spot, we can offer a refund instead less the square fee, as noted above.

All others are up to the discretion of River Town Creative. I hope you understand, because we may now be unable to fill the seat.

Weather and unforeseen circumstances:
The junkyard facility will make the determination on closing due to weather or other circumstances - for which a refund or credit will be applied. We have no control on this aspect.

Historically, the facility has been open during very light rain - which present a nice mood amongst the decay.
